  • A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods

6. Payment

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty

  • Non-food items may be returned within 14 days of receipt (unused and in original packaging)

If a product is damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence

  • We may offer replacement or refund at our discretion

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.

9. Cancellation Rights (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • You have 14 days to cancel non-perishable items

  • Perishable goods are exempt from cancellation rights
